    The Rising Stem Flange Gate Valve is a shut-off device designed specifically for industrial pipelines. It realizes the connection or disconnection of the pipeline medium by driving the gate plate to move up and down via the valve stem. Its rising stem structure design allows for intuitive judgment of the valve's open/close status, making it the preferred valve in fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, and water supply/drainage.

    3. Product Features and Advantages
    • Rising Stem Design, Visible Status: The valve stem rises and falls with the gate plate, allowing the operator to directly judge the valve's opening degree by the stem height, thus avoiding misoperation.
    • Low Fluid Resistance: The internal medium channel of the valve body is straight-through. The medium does not change its flow direction when passing through the valve body, resulting in low fluid resistance, energy saving, and high efficiency.
    • Good Sealing Performance: Adopting a wedge-shaped elastic gate plate or rigid gate plate, the sealing surface is surfacing welded with stainless steel or hard alloy, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and reliable sealing.
    • Sturdy and Durable: The valve body is made of high-quality cast steel or ductile iron, featuring a compact structure, high pressure ratings (PN10-PN160), and adaptability to harsh working conditions.
