Short Description:

The working principle of electric two-way valve is that the driver is driven by reversible synchronous motor with magnetic clutch. By using the magnetic effect of the motor through the motor rotor and clutch, a stable torsion can be produced when the motor is in a standstill state. Therefore, when the motor is equipped with current through, it can stop at any point stably. When the valve is fully opened or closed, the magnetic clutch is separated and the adjustment is stopped. The signal from the incremental or proportional controller of the driver can make the motor turn clockwise or counter-clockwise.

 

Electric two-way valve is composed of temperature sensor, proportional integral temperature controller and electric control valve. It is installed in the temperature sensor of the air supply pipeline and transmits the detected temperature signal to the temperature controller. The temperature controller compares the measured value of the temperature sensor with the set value continuously and continuously. The ground output signal controls the opening connection of the electric control valve to adjust, and finally keeps the ambient temperature measured by the temperature sensor within the set temperature range.
