    Superb wear resistance, longer service life The valve plates and valve seats are made of toughened engineering ceramics, with hardness far exceeding that of traditional metal materials. This enables them to effectively resist the erosion and wear caused by hard particle media such as coal ash and dry dust. Through actual testing, the static test in coal ash medium can reach over 200,000 times without compromising the seal, and the service life is much longer than that of ordinary metal valves, significantly reducing equipment replacement and maintenance costs.

    Self-sealing, no leakage The valve adopts a spring pre-tightening design between the two gate plates. By utilizing the bidirectional flexible pressure of the spring, it achieves self-tightening sealing, meeting the bidirectional sealing requirements of low-pressure to medium-pressure conditions.
