Integrated telescopic butterfly valve
Integrated telescopic butterfly valve is a new type of industrial valve combining the shut-off & regulation function of butterfly valve and telescopic compensation function. Adopting an integrated structure, it seamlessly integrates the butterfly valve body with the telescopic joint, eliminating the need for additional telescopic devices, simplifying pipeline layout and reducing installation complexity.
With the disc as the opening and closing part, it realizes medium shut-off and flow regulation through 90° rotation. Meanwhile, the telescopic structure compensates for thermal expansion, contraction and displacement of pipelines caused by temperature changes, installation errors, foundation settlement and other factors, preventing pipeline stress damage and ensuring stable operation of the pipeline system.
The product integrates the light opening/closing feature of butterfly valves and the compensation function of expansion joints, featuring compact structure, light weight and easy operation. It is widely applicable to medium conveying under various working conditions, covering many industrial fields and municipal infrastructure.
