Material Details: The valve body is made of QT450-10 ductile iron, with a tensile strength of ≥450MPa and an elongation of ≥10%. The sealing seat is made of natural rubber/EPDM rubber. The valve stem is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel and is plastic-coated.

• Core Performance: The resilient seated structure achieves bidirectional zero leakage. The non-rising stem design saves installation space. The valve stem and gate plate are connected by T-slot, resulting in small opening and closing torque and resistance to water hammer impact.
• Model Specifications: Nominal diameter DN50 to DN300, pressure rating PN10/PN16/PN25. The socket weld end is suitable for ductile iron pipes and PVC pipes. Customization of connection methods such as flange and groove is available.
