Valves are produced in two plants: the first realization of high-quality products was achieved in the forging plant of Bosisio Parini, where steel billets and billets were re-qualified and forged under absolute control, material properties and forging procedures. In fact, we attach great importance to quality and have established a well-equipped testing laboratory to control the materials before, during and after the forging operation.
The processing of forgings and components is carried out in the main factory of Albano S. Alessandro. Due to the controlled CAD design, common standards and customer specifications meet high-tech standards. Properly designed and equipped automatic conveyors are used to process a large number of standard valves. At the same time, when more flexibility in machine settings and tools is required, several CNC machines can process a smaller number of valves. A large amount of investment has produced good results, optimized production technology and improved efficiency.
