The water hammer problem has a serious impact

01. The soil around the surface pipeline is loose due to serious water hammer, the sealing between the casing and the pipeline is loose and falls off, resulting in the leakage of surface water along the loose soil during rainstorm, and the rainwater is poured back into the pump house;

02. Rainwater flows into the pump house along the casing, causing water to enter the pump control cabinet, short circuit of the power supply system, and the pump cannot work, resulting in serious water in the road area and serious wall pollution

LIKE valve technology department studied the solution and finally determined the solution as follows:

1. Replace the multifunctional double chamber micro resistance slow closing high efficiency regulating valve lkdh45x-16c (it can play the role of slow closing and alleviate water hammer.)

2. Replace all rubber soft joints currently used with metal soft joints jfsc-16c (the shock absorption effect is much better than that of rubber soft joints, and there will be no safety problems such as deformation and shrinkage)

3. The water pump suction port is equipped with a filter screen cover (because there are many impurities in the collection tank, if the filter is not used, it is easy to cause the check valve to be stuck by foreign matters, and the check effect is not ideal)

4. High speed air inlet and exhaust valve hipx-16c shall be installed at the lower port of the check valve. When the pump is stopped, the air inlet and exhaust valve shall supplement air to the pipeline forming negative pressure to reduce the negative pressure. Solution for water hammer of dn400 pipeline: one slow closing silencing check valve, one metal soft joint, steel filter cover installed at the water pump suction inlet, one high-speed inlet and exhaust valve (with filter), and four metal spiral wound gaskets.

5. The effect of eliminating water hammer is good. The three technical principles of quick closing, slow closing and water hammer absorber are integrated to reduce the water hammer to the lowest limit.

6. The valve is easy to operate and maintain. Just operate the close button of the water pump motor starter, and the valve will open and close automatically according to the operating procedures of the water pump. Key parts are made of high-quality materials and basically do not need maintenance.

7. Good energy saving effect. The streamlined valve body and the latest patented technology design are adopted. Compared with imported similar products, the resistance loss is reduced by more than 50%.

8. First, the conventional pump control valve uses orifice plate or pure machinery to reduce the basin area, and uses relevant technologies to minimize the loss of energy in the throttling process;
