Development status of chemical water treatment technology in power plant
There are three main ways for the power plant to obtain pure demineralized water:
(1) The traditional clarification, filtration + ion exchange method is adopted, and the process is as follows:
Raw water → flocculation clarifier → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → cation exchange bed → carbon dioxide removal fan → intermediate water tank → anion exchange bed → anion and cation exchange bed → resin trapper → unit water.
(2) Reverse osmosis + mixed bed water production method is adopted, and the process is as follows:
Raw water → flocculation clarifier → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → precision filter → security filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis device → intermediate water tank → mixed bed device → resin trapper → demineralized water tank.
(3) Pretreatment, reverse osmosis + EDI water production method is adopted, and the process is as follows:
Raw water → flocculation clarifier → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → ultrafiltration device → reverse osmosis device → reverse osmosis water tank → EDI device → microporous filter → demineralized water tank.

The chloride ion corrosion resistance standard of stainless steel can be clearly agreed by referring to the circulating water treatment of thermal power plant:
(1) Service environment of T304 stainless steel: chloride ion content is 0-200mg / L
(2) Service environment of t316 stainless steel: chloride ion content is ＜ 1000mg / L
(3) Service environment of t317 stainless steel: chloride ion content is ＜ 5000mg / L
According to GB 50235-2010 code for construction of industrial metal pipeline engineering and GB 50184-2011 code for acceptance of construction quality of industrial metal pipeline engineering, the content of chloride ion in water shall not exceed 25mg / L (25ppm).
The hydraulic test shall comply with the following provisions, and clean water shall be used for the hydraulic test. When testing stainless steel, nickel and nickel alloy pipes or pipes connected with stainless steel, nickel and nickel alloy pipes or equipment, the chloride ion content in water shall not exceed 25mg / L (25ppm)
How about chloride ion corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel? How is the performance?
The corrosion resistance tendency of duplex stainless steel 2101, 2304, 2205 and 2507 is greater than that of ordinary 316L stainless steel, and some materials are equivalent to super stainless steel.
For example, the pitting corrosion resistance of 2507 stainless steel is comparable to that of 254SMO stainless steel, and the chloride ion pitting corrosion resistance of 2205 stainless steel is equivalent to that of 904L stainless steel.
