3) The nut material can be A3, 20, 30, 35, 45, 3030CrMoA and 40MnVB, etc., should be selected according to the use of pressure and temperature, and should comply with the provisions of GB 700, GB 699 and GB 3077.
4) Precision casting shall not be used for valves with nominal pressure PN10.0MPa.
5) Attention should be paid to graphitization of materials in the following situations:
A. Carbon steel at about 425¡æ;
B. carbon molybdenum steel is about higher than 470¡æ;
C. Chromium molybdenum steel (containing chromium below 0.6%) is higher than 525¡æ.
6) Attention should be paid to the possible peroxygenation reaction (oxidation skin) in the following situations:
A. 1CR-0.5Mo steel, 1.25 CR-0.5Mo steel, 2CR-1Mo steel and 3CR-1Mo steel, which are approximately higher than 565¡æ;
