Working Principle of Self-operated Regulating Valve

1. Operating mechanism

Self-operated control valves rely on digital pressure gauges flowing through the medium itself in the network. Celsius is used as a moving valve in the energy area to work automatically. External power supply and two are needed.

Secondary instrumentation. This self-regulating valve uses the reverse signal source (digital pressure gauge, differential pressure. Celsius) at the output end of the valve to transmit to the operation organization through the signal source tube.

The driving disc changes the opening of the valve to adjust the digital pressure gauge, flow rate and Celsius. The regulating valve can be divided into direct and indirect functions.

Two types.

Direct function self-operated control valve, also known as spring-loaded type, has elastic components such as spring, bellows, bellows, temperature packs, etc. in its structure.

The principle of balance between strong force and feedback signal source is that if the digital pressure gauge eyeball_type regulating valve is used, the feedback signal source is the digital pressure gauge at the outlet of the valve.

Source pipes are introduced into the operation organization. If the flow self-regulating valve is used, there is an orifice plate (or other anti-jamming device) at the outlet of the valve to remove the pressure from both ends of the orifice plate.

The differential signal source is introduced into the operation organization. If the self-regulating network is of Celsius degree, the outlet of the valve will have a Celsius sensor (or temperature chamber) through the introduction of the Celsius sensor.

2.Installation Notes

(1) the pressure point should be located in the proper position of the pressure regulating valve. The pressure should be greater than 2 times the diameter of the pipe before the valve, and the pressure after the valve should be greater than 6 times the diameter of the pipe.

(2) According to the calculation, the diameter of the eyeball valve can be smaller than that of the pipeline, while the diameter of the globe valve, the cut-off ball valve, the bypass valve and the filter can not be smaller than that of the pipeline.
