Stainless steel valve fittings standard:
There are many standards of stainless steel valve fittings, including GB (national standard), JB (Mechanical standard), HG (Chemical Industry standard), and ANSI (American standard), JIS (Japanese standard), DIN (German standard) and so on. However, the most commonly used standards can be divided into two categories: (1) the European system based on DIN standards (including DIN, GB, JB, HG20592); (2) American system based on ANSI standard (including ANSI, GB, HG20615). Selection of stainless steel valve fittings:

4. 5, according to the pipeline transmission medium, working pressure, working temperature to determine the shell and inner parts of the selected valve, choose the most suitable materials, common materials are: gray cast iron, malleable iron, ductile cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless acid resistant steel, copper alloy, etc.
Use of stainless steel valve fittings:
Valves are divided into automatic valves and drive valves. Automatic valves (such as relief valves, pressure reducing valves, steam traps, check valves) rely on the device or pipeline itself to achieve the change of medium pressure to open and close. In the rough grinding, white corundum abrasive, select 0.2-0.5MPa.
In the fine, cut the jade abrasive, select 0.03-0.12MPa.
Grinding speed refers to the speed of relative motion of the tool to the workpiece surface. Grinding speed is an important process parameter to control the amount of residual removal, removal speed and machining surface quality.
The function of the tool and its material tool is to make the abrasive agent temporarily fixed and obtain a certain grinding motion, and transfer its own geometry to the workpiece in a certain way.
