Short Description:

The ventilation butterfly valve uses manual lever mechanism or electric device to rotate the butterfly plate to open and close the valve. It reduces the air supply to the blast furnace without stopping the fan and exhausts the excess gas to the atmosphere. The utility model has the advantages of short structure, light weight and so on. The driving torque is small, the opening and closing is flexible, and the operation is convenient. There is no visible gap between the sealing pairs and the leakage rate is small. The butterfly plate also has a large expansion gap between the valve bodies, which can effectively prevent the jamming caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction. The valve can be equipped with a variety of driving devices, such as manual device, worm gear transmission device, pneumatic device, electric device.
