On Tuesday, Gov. Kathy Hochul announced new measures to combat the Delta variant of COVID-19 among New Yorkers.
Speaking at the Jacobs University School of Medicine in Buffalo, the governor announced that she will be working with local, state health departments and the Public Health and Health Planning Committee in the coming days to implement mandatory weekly COVID-19 for the unvaccinated public. -19 Testing and charter school employees, and establishing vaccination requirements for all employees at state-regulated facilities and gathering places.
