Main Features:
Intelligent calibration: When calibrating the “zero” and “full” of the valve position opening and the output current of the valve position, there is no need to adjust the potentiometer or carry out complex debugging with the reference measuring instrument. As long as the actual “fully closed” and “fully open” positions of the valve are pressed once, the newly set interval will be automatically and accurately corrected to 0-100% and DC4-20mA.
The parameters of valve electric zone can be set digitally, with small overshoot, good stability and high control precision.
Free opening direction: When changing the opening direction of the valve and the mode of operation of the valve, there is no need to replace any wiring, which can be completed by setting the button.

Error detection and alarm function: Once the actuator fails, the intelligent error detection and alarm function can automatically detect and alarm, display the fault cause of the actuator and accurately indicate the running state of the actuator. According to different fault causes, different alarm signals are displayed, which will shorten the time required for troubleshooting and restore the actuator to normal working state as soon as possible.
Automatic phase protection: Before, in the field wiring, we must ensure the correct phase sequence of the three-phase AC power supplied to the actuator, because once the phase sequence is wrong, it will cause incorrect motor rotation, and then damage the valve and actuator. Now the user can completely save this trouble, no longer need to consider the phase sequence problem when wiring. When the field wiring phase is reversed, the phase synchronizer will automatically correct the phase to ensure that the valve performs as instructed. That is, when the actuator receives the open command, it always rotates in the preset open direction and will not run in the opposite direction because of the phase sequence switch.
Exception protection:
Motor overcurrent protection: When the actuator motor is running, the DSZH220 will automatically stop the motor due to a variety of reasons.
Instantaneous reverse protection: When the actuator is rotating in one direction, for example, when the valve is being opened, if the actuator receives the command to close the valve, the internal control logic of the actuator will delay a preset period of time before the command to close the valve is executed. This technology will reduce the impact of the motor current, extend the life of the power components, while preventing impact load on the valve stem, gear box and other mechanical transmission may cause damage, thus effectively protecting the motor.
Valve plug protection: If the actuator cannot overcome the torque required to start the valve, the condition for valve plug exists. When the actuator receives the start signal of open or close, if the valve is stuck, there is no action within the preset time, the internal circuit will disconnect the corresponding contact, forced to suspend the operation of the actuator, at the same time, send the corresponding alarm signal, in addition, the signal can also be output through RS485.

1. Scope of use

2. Input signal
Adjust the input signal: 4 to 20mA (DC), input load impedance is less than 150Ω.

Valve position feedback output signal: 4~20mA (DC, isolated), output with load capacity less than 450Ω.

5. Operation Instructions
Function selection: Press the “Function” button and do not release it. After 2 seconds, the current function will be transferred to the next function. The cycle direction is: Automatic (function indicator light on) – > Manual (function indicator light off) – > Parameter Setting 1 (function indicator light on quickly) – > Parameter setting 2 (function indicator light on slowly) – > Automatic (function indicator light on slowly).
Calibration: Press and hold the “Adjust” button when the non-set state is in place. After 2 seconds, confirm that the position is fully open. The indicator light of the valve is fully open for 2 seconds to indicate confirmation; Press and hold the “Adjust” button when the non-set state is in place. After 2 seconds, confirm that the position is fully closed. The indicator light of the valve fully closed will blink for 2 seconds for confirmation.
Setting: Hold down the “Function” button and do not release. After 2 seconds, the current function will be transferred to the next function. Repeat the preceding steps until you enter Parameter setting 1 (when the function indicator blinks quickly). Set sensitivity mode, open direction and input break mode by “Adjust” key. These three parameters are expressed in 4-bit binary, and the “adjust” key reduces the value cycle (1111-1110- > 1101-… – > 0000- > 1111). When you press Function to exit parameter 1 setting, the above parameters are automatically saved.

Mode of operation

During the opening process, the valve on light (digit 1 light) flashes and lights up to the fully on position; during the closing process, the valve off light (digit 0 light) flashes and lights up to the fully off position. To stop the valve, press the “Adjust” key when opening the valve or press the “Function” key when closing the valve (the continuous holding time is less than 2 seconds).
Automatic: Hold down the “Function” button and do not release. After 2 seconds, the current function will be transferred to the next function. Repeat the above operations until entering the self-dynamic (function indicator light on), automatic control valve opening, closing, stop, make the valve opening and adjustment input consistent.

7. Control parameters can be set

When setting state 2 (the function indicator blinks slowly), the sensitivity value is indicated by LED4-leD1 (bit4-bit0) (BIT3BIT2BIT1BIT0 is 0001: the sensitivity is 0.2%; BIT3BIT2BIT1BIT0 is 0010: the sensitivity is 0.4%; BIT3BIT2BIT1BIT0 is 0011: sensitivity is 0.6%; … ; BIT3BIT2BIT1BIT0 is 1111: sensitivity is 3.0%).
For example, if LED4 is off while LED3, LED2, and LED1 are on during parameter setting 1 (the function indicator blinks quickly), the value of parameter 1 is 0111 in four-bit binary format. Its LED4 light off (BIT3=0) means that the sensitivity is set as the parameter value in parameter setting 2; its LED3 on (BIT2=1) means reverse control (4mA fully on and 20mA fully off); its LED2 and LED1 on (BIT1 BIT0=11) means that when the input line is disconnected, the valve will run until it is fully open. When setting state 2 (function indicator blinks slowly), if LED4 is on and LED3, LED2 and LED1 are off, then parameter 2 is represented by a 4-bit binary value of 1000, which means that the sensitivity value is set to 1.6%.

1. General requirements
1.1 Specifications and categories of electric valves shall conform to the requirements of pipeline design documents.
1.2 The model of electric valve should be indicated according to the national standard numbering requirements. If the enterprise standard, should indicate the relevant description of the model.
1.3 The working pressure of the electric valve requires that the working pressure of the pipeline should be greater than the actual working pressure of the pipeline under the premise of not affecting the price; Any side of the electric valve closed condition should be able to withstand 1.1 times the electric valve pressure value without leakage; Electric valve open condition, the valve body should be able to withstand the requirements of two times the electric valve pressure.

2. Electric valve quality standard
2.1 The body material shall be mainly nodular cast iron, and the grade and actual physical and chemical test data of cast iron shall be indicated.

2.3 The nut is made of cast aluminum brass or cast aluminum bronze, and the hardness and strength are greater than the valve stem.

2.5 Material of sealing surface

3. Variable speed transmission box

3.3 The adjusting nut of the opening and closing limit device on the box should be located inside or outside the box, but only the first tool can be used for operation.
3.4 Reasonable transmission structure design, opening and closing can only drive the valve shaft rotation, do not make it move up and down, the transmission parts bite appropriate, do not produce load when opening and closing separation slip.
3.5 The sealing place between the gearbox and the valve shaft shall not be connected into a leak-free whole, otherwise, reliable measures should be taken to prevent serial leakage.
3.6 There is no sundry matter in the gearbox, and the gear occlusal part should be protected by grease.
4. Operating mechanism of electric valve
4.1 The opening and closing direction of the electric valve during operation should be closed clockwise.
