BGRS is now proud to announce that from January 5th, 2022 they will be able to sell and/or rent portable dust collector units directly to the “Blast” industry.
In recent years, BGRS has been proud to partner with some of the best known oilfield service companies to provide custom portable dust collector units, genuine Nordfab QF laser welded rigid piping, flexible piping hoses and BGRS patented systems for removing and collecting dust particles.BGRS’ patented dust particle removal system is designed for use in fracturing sites, delivering proppant media of various mesh sizes through bulk material handling equipment, dump systems or pneumatic transport.
BGRS has developed “drawing board” plans for a new variant of the popular DC2.5E (2,500 CFM) portable dust collector.The new DC2.5E variant can be easily converted from a typical BGRS dust collector unit with a vacuum generating fan to a box dust collector with an enhanced pulse jet filter cleaning system for solids handling transfer, in reception and filtration while providing suction for dirty air.The extractor fans in these units can also be re-engaged and then used to clear the ducts.Bottom hopper gravity discharge configurations will be flanged to accept butterfly valves or rotary valves with a 150# ANSI flange pattern.
The new equipment order also offers the option to “split” the DC6E (5,000/6,000 CFM) unit into two parts for container loading.New versions of the DC6E may also include a convertible design that can be used as an unpowered vented dust collector or as a powered unit with a suction fan.
BGRS is equipped to manufacture new diesel powered skid mounted, hoist frame supported or trailer mounted portable dust collector units with Tier 4 final Cummins or Caterpillar brand diesel powered units with enclosed DEF tanks, 10,000 CFM and larger capacity units .
