Bonomi ANSI Class 150 flanged stainless steel and carbon steel ball valves are now available in sizes 1â???? to 3â???? with spring return handles. The split all-way valve has been installed “dead” when it leaves the factory? In industrial, processing, water and other applications, set the handle to be unable to open or close as needed.
Bonomi’s Valpres brand 766000SRL series valves use ASTM A351-CF8M stainless steel precision castings. Valpres 766001SRL series carbon steel valve body is cast from ASTM A216 WCB. Both have passed API 607 (version 6) and API 6FA certification. They are designed to comply with ANSI 16.5, 16.10, 16.34 and NACE MR 0175, and are certified by TUV TA Luft.
The valve is made of grounded stainless steel ball and anti-spray rod, pure PTFE valve seat and Graphoil and PTFE seals with Viton O-ring to ensure no leakage. ISO 5211 mounting pad and stem dimensions are standard.
All components of the adjustable concealed spring design handle and all external fasteners, nuts and washers are made of 300 series stainless steel, which can prevent atmospheric corrosion in harsh environments.
Like every Bonomi ball valve, the 766000SRL and 766001SRL series provide air-tight cut-off, and have been 100% factory tested in the open and closed positions before leaving the factory.
