Bonomi carbon steel 600LL and stainless steel 700L full bore ball valves, with bracket mounting NEMA 4, 4X limit switches
Bonomi’s new industrial ball valve and limit switch kits improve the safety of industrial systems, allowing remote monitoring of critical manual valve applications. The limit switch feedback from the new manual valve assembly provides the control system with the ability to prevent the automatic valve or pump from opening or closing when the manual valve is in the wrong position.
Carbon steel 600LL-LS2 and stainless steel 700LL-LS2 are full port ball valves with NEMA 4, 4X limit switches mounted on a bracket, including two single-pole double-throw mechanical switches (5A 125-250, 3A 24VDC). The valve and switch assembly together provide remote indication of open or closed position.
The standard Bonomi LS2 limit switch has a die-cast aluminum housing, which can be protected from component corrosion by dichromate conversion and polyester powder coating, and is sealed with a BUNA-N O-ring. Its protection level is IP67. NEMA 7 enclosure is optional. LS2 comes standard with two ½??????? NPT cable entry and NAMUR shaft ISO bracket.
The size of the 600/700LL series valves is ¼ inch to 2 inches, with a 2-piece cast WCB or CF8M valve body, a blowout prevention stem design, a self-adjusting stem packing and a heat dissipation hole in the stem groove. The latch handle is standard equipment.
The 1/4 inch to 1 inch model has a pressure rating of 2000 psi, while the 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch model has a pressure rating of 1000 psi or 150 psi steam. The operating temperature range is -4 degrees Fahrenheit to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
