Bonomi S250 series check valve adopts cold-formed 316 stainless steel body to provide users with the highest Cv at the lowest cost. The metal forming process can improve the flow conditions in the valve body to minimize head loss. It also eliminates machining and reduces manufacturing costs.
The S250 series has carried out electron beam welding at the connection between the end cover and the valve body, thus forming an integrated non-leakage service. The low-crack 1/2-PSI spring-loaded FKM (Viton®) valve seat provides high flow capacity, minimal head loss and reliable, air-tight protection against backflow.
