Passenger cargo planes are a temporary solution to the bleeding capacity lost due to flight cancellations and restrictions at the beginning of the pandemic. Although early economic calculations have made it difficult to justify passenger and cargo aircraft in the long run, they continue to play an important role, especially in the secondary market where both markets have declined.
