1. Cleaning steps for valve degreasing:
The degreased parts of the valve must be treated in the following process before assembly:
(1) According to the processing requirements, some valve parts need to be polished without machining burrs on the surface;
(2) Degrease all valve parts;
(3) Pickling and passivation shall be carried out after degreasing (the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus);
(4) After pickling and passivation, rinse with purified water without reagent residue (this step is omitted for carbon steel parts);
(5) Each valve part shall be wiped dry with non-woven cloth, and the surface of parts such as wire wool shall not be retained, or blown dry with clean nitrogen;
(6) Wipe each valve part with non-woven fabric or precision filter paper stained with analytical pure alcohol until there is no dirty color.
2. Assembly requirements for degreasing valves
The cleaned parts of the degreasing valve must be sealed and stored for installation. The requirements for the installation process are as follows:
(1) The degreasing valve installation workshop must be clean, or a temporary clean area (such as newly purchased color strip cloth or plastic film) must be built to prevent dust from entering during valve installation.
(2) Assembly workers must wear clean cotton overalls, pure cotton hats, no hair leakage, clean shoes and plastic gloves (degreasing).
(3) The assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before the degreasing valve assembly to ensure cleanliness.
