Fourth, hydraulic control valve maintenance

1. Often check the state and oil quality of the electric pump, timely replace the oil, clean the filter element of the pump, repair and seal, to ensure the normal operation of the motor and pump.

2. Periodically check whether the electrical control box and its wiring are normal, clean the dust in the control box, and keep the control box dry.

3. Test the hydraulic regulating valve regularly to ensure its normal operation. The test includes adjusting pressure, stability and capacity.

In the usual maintenance and maintenance work, we also need to pay attention to the following points:

1. In the process of transportation and installation, the valve should be prevented from impact, suspension, excessive pressure and other phenomena affecting it.

2. The valve must be stored in a place with less dust, no corrosive gas and less than 60% relative humidity.
