One of the key factors to consider in valve design and material selection is the operating temperature of the valve. Further standardize the suitable working temperature of valve behavior body materials, from the performance of steel concentric number used in various types of valve construction materials, the suitable working temperature and related requirements of the valve behavior body materials used in domestic petrochemical equipment, chemical plants, organic fertilizers, electric power engineering and metallurgical industry and other fields are specified for the appearance design, manufacturing and testing of valve products Yes. This paper mainly introduces in detail the temperature valve, continuous high temperature valve, corrosion resistant nickel base alloy corrosion resistant nickel base alloy valve selected materials..
In addition, from the perspective of quality management and enterprise production management and material procurement, for each different steel should be selected with better comprehensive performance, not suitable for the use of too many steel models with the same number, to prevent confusion.
1. The main material of temperature valve (-254(liquid hydrogen) ~ -101 ℃(butadiene)) behavior must be low-alloy steel, alloy material or aluminum alloy profile with body-centric lattice constant. The ultra-low temperature physical properties after heat treatment process, especially the ultra-low temperature fracture toughness need to meet the requirements of the standard. The following low alloy steels can be used to make perfect temperature valves. ASTMA351 CF8M, CF3M, CF8 and CF3,ASTM A182F316, F316L, F304 and F304L,ASTM A433 316, 316L, 304, 304L and CF8D. The oil circuit plate, single flow valve, gate valve or piston valve of temperature valve must be cryogenic treatment in liquid nitrogen (-196 ℃) before deep processing.
2. Continuous high temperature valve The Cr-Mo continuous high temperature steel valve is usually used to choose WC6, WC9 and C5(ZG1Cr5Mo) in ASTM A217 specification, and the corresponding rolled plates are F11, F22 and F5 in ASTM A182.
(1) Low chromium grade chrome-molybdenum steel has WC6, WC9, F11 and F22, its applicable medium is water, steam and radon gas, is not suitable for sulfur content of refined oil. WC6 and F11 are suitable for working temperature of -29 ~ 540 ℃, and WC9 and F22 are suitable for working temperature of -29 ~ 570 ℃.
(2) C5(ZG1Cr5Mo) and F5 chromium pentamolybdenum high temperature steel, its applicable media for water, steam, radon gas and sulfur content of refined oil. C5(ZG1Cr5Mo) if used in water vapor, its maximum operating temperature is 600 ℃. The maximum operating temperature is 550 ℃ when it is used in medium such as sulfur content refined oil. Therefore, the operating temperature of C5(ZG1Cr5Mo) is required to be less than 550 ℃.
3, corrosion resistant nickel base high temperature alloy corrosion resistant nickel base alloy valve is the key to use the ASTM A494 specification of the forged monel alloy
(1), cast nickel base alloy (CZ-100), Inconnel aluminum alloy (CY-40), Hastelloy alloy B(N-12MV, N-7M) and Hastelloy C(CW-(1) Monel alloy Monel has high strength and ductibility, especially excellent resistance to reducing acid and strong acid substances and sea corrosion properties. Therefore, it is generally used for manufacturing and transporting hydrochloric acid, salt water, neutral substances, alkali salts and oxidizing acids and other media equipment and valves, also suitable for dry and manic hydrogen, hydrogen chloride gas, 425 ℃ continuous high temperature hydrogen and 450 ℃ continuous high temperature hydrogen chloride gas and other substances, but does not resist sulfur content substances and reducing substances (such as sodium cyanide and oxygen-containing substances) corrosion. The overall valve material code of Monel alloy is MM, and the main part is Monel alloy valve. The valve material code of carbon steel is C/M, the valve material code of CF8 is P/M, and the valve material code of CF8M is R/M. The suitable operating temperature of Monel M35-1, Monel 400 and MonelK500 aluminum alloys is -29 ~ 480 ℃.
(2) Cast nickel base alloy Cast nickel alloy (CZ-100) is 95%Ni and 1100%C, and there is no corresponding rolled plate. The CZ-100 has excellent corrosion resistance when used in continuous high temperature solution with high concentration or without water and alkali. CZ-100 is mainly used in the process of chlor-alkali chemical production with high etching concentration (including melting aluminum chloride without water and anhydrous) and in places where copper and iron and other metal environmental pollution products are not present. Cast nickel base alloy CZ-100 valve material code Ni. CZ-100 aluminum alloy is suitable for working temperature of -29 ~ 316 ℃.
(3) Hastelloy Hastelloy is the commercial name for Hastelloy, which mainly includes a series of combinations, usually Hastelloy B and Hastelloy C used in corrosion resistant valves. The forging of Hastelloy B alloys to N-12MV(N-12M-1) and N-7M(some materials called N-12M-2, also known as Chlorimet 2 aluminum alloy) in ASTM A494 are rolled to UNS in ASTM B335 N10665. Hastelloy B is resistant to sulfuric acid of all concentrations, as well as to non-reducing salts and acids. The corrosion resistant valve of Hastelloy B, from the corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance consideration should be selected low carbon environmental protection grade Hastelloy B(N-7M). Hastelloy material number There is no requirement in the valve field. Hastelloy B valve material number can be directly described by forging joint number. Hastelloy B is suitable for working temperature of -29 ℃ ~ 425 ℃.
