In a DigiTimes report, it pointed out that PC DRAM buyers have purchased most of the current inventory, but only hold 4-5 weeks of inventory. DRAM inventory is happening, so these buyers will not have to buy DRAM at a higher price later this year. It is hoped that this purchase of DRAM at a lower price will help alleviate price increases and reduce consumer DRAM costs. The expected price increase of a single 8GB DDR4 RAM may exceed 15%.

With the increase in demand for memory chips, DRAM suppliers have maintained stable production, but as demand increases and output is limited, only one thing will happen. Due to the continuing shortage of processors, graphics cards, NAND flash memory and now DRAM, this shortage is just another shrinking of the hardware shortage.
