The Equalizer range of patented flange expansion tools was developed to assist and simplify the maintenance of flanged joints.Spreaders use mechanical and hydraulic drives to separate flanges and can spread small, medium or large flange joints.
Equalizer International officially becomes a member of the Enerpac family.New additions to Enerpac’s bolting product line include a wider range of high-quality flange maintenance tools.Enerpac’s new line of Equalizer branded tools provides a safe, cost-effective way to maintain flanged joints.
The innovative product line includes flange spreaders, flange alignment and pulling tools, nut separators and a range of hand pumps. The Equalizer brand also offers valve replacement tool kits designed to assist in the removal of wafer and butterfly valves, spade valves and gaskets or gaskets from large flanged joints.
Equalizer spreaders use mechanical and hydraulic actuation to separate small, medium or large flanged joints with a minimum channel clearance of 2mm.
“The Flange Puller is a simple, lightweight hydraulic tool used to pull flanges together before bolting,” said Eduardo Castaneda, Senior Sales Manager at Equalizer.”This allows these tools to be used on small diameter flanges with limited access as well as larger flanges. Balancer flange alignment tools are used to align or realign flange joints during pipeline construction, commissioning or routine maintenance.”

In addition, they will have access to enhanced application support from professionals, enabling faster problem resolution.”
