The general provisions of valves and pipelines :1, when the fire pump inlet and outlet pipe through more than 300mm, can not choose a single manual type open and close function of the valve. 6. After the foam proportion mixing device, the experimental jack of the bypass valve should be set up.
National standard valve common material general requirements
1) Raw materials of oil circuit plate, single flow valve and flange shall be used according to the applicable scope and manufacturing regulations, and must comply with the relevant regulations of GB 12228, GB 12229, GB 12230 and GB 3077.

Category 1
This standard stainless steel bar (square steel pipe, galvanized flat steel, hexagonal steel and octagonal steel, hereinafter referred to as steel bar) size, shape, technical standards, test methods, engineering acceptance standards, packaging marks and quality certificate and other relevant information.
This standard applies to hot-tied and forged stainless steel rods with dimensions (aperture, circumference, thickness or diagonal spacing, hereinafter referred to as dimensions) not exceeding 250 mm. Hot tie and forged stainless steel rods with sizes exceeding 250 mm may also be supplied upon negotiation between Party A and Party B.
2 Normative reference documents
The provisions in the following documents become the relevant provisions of this standard according to the introduction of this standard. Each subsequent change (without erratum) or revision of a date-referenced document may not be appropriate for this standard, but may encourage the use of this document information version number by various scientific studies that have reached consensus on the basis of this standard. 5.1 According to the characteristics of the mechanism, steel bars can be divided into five types: austenitic type, martensitic metallographic type, metallographic type, martensitic type and precipitation-hardening type

The size, shape and allowable deviation of hot-rolled round steel and Angle steel must conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T 702-2004, and the relevant requirements shall be indicated in the agreement
If not indicated, according to GB/T 702-2004 specification 2 group implementation.
Dimensions, shapes and allowable deviations of hot rolled flat steel
The size, shape and allowable deviation of the hot rolled flat steel must conform to the requirements specified in GB/T 704-1988, which shall be indicated in the agreement

6.3 Dimensions, shape and allowable deviations of hot-tie hexagonal and octagonal steels
The size, shape and allowable deviation of retie hexagonal and octagonal steels must conform to the requirements specified in GB/T 705-1985, which shall be indicated in the agreement. Not indicated according to GB/T 705-1985 specification 2 group implementation.
6.4 Dimensions, shapes and permissible deviations of forged garden steel and Angle steel
The size, shape and allowable deviation of forged garden steel and Angle steel shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T 908-1987, and the relevant requirements shall be indicated in the agreement. If not indicated, according to GB/T’908-1987 code 2 group implementation.
6.5 Dimensions, shapes and permissible deviations of forged galvanized flat steel
The size, shape and allowable deviation of forged galvanized flat steel must conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T 16761-1997, and the relevant requirements shall be indicated in the agreement. If not indicated, according to GB/T 16761-1997 specification 2 group implementation.
6.6 Net weight
Steel rods are supplied according to actual weight.
7 Technical Standards
7.1 Models and Components
7.1.1 Steel grade, uniform digital code and composition (smelting analysis) must conform to the relevant provisions of Table L to Table 5.
7.1.2 The allowable deviation of steel bar composition shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T 222.
7.2 Smelter mode Unless otherwise specified in the transaction, the process of initial iron (water) and off-furnace refining shall be used.
7.3 Delivery Status Steel rods can be supplied with heat treatment process or without heat treatment. When ordering, the delivery status can be selected by referring to Article 7.3.1 and 7.3.4 and indicated in the agreement. If not specified, supply according to non-heat treatment process. The heat treatment process rules and regulations of various types of steel rods shall refer to the supplementary provisions
7.3.1 The Austenitic and martensitic metalloscopic steel bars used in grinding shall be solved by solid, and neither shall be dealt with after negotiation by both parties. Steel rods for hot pressure processing are not aged.
7.3.2 The metallographic steel bar shall be annealed, which shall not be treated after negotiation by both parties.
7.3.3 Mahalanobsidian steel rod should be annealed.
7.3.4 Precipitation hardening steel bars shall be aged or annealed according to the steel mechanism. Quenching rules and regulations shall be jointly agreed by Party A and Party B. In case of no agreement, the annealing process is generally 650 ℃^-680℃. After negotiation between Party A and Party B, precipitation-hardened steel rods (except 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, etc.) will not be treated.
7.4 Physical Performance
7.4.1 The heat treatment process rules and regulations of various types of steel rods or samples shall refer to the relevant provisions of Table A.1 and Table A.5 in Annex A. When the size of steel rod is less than 25 mm, the original size steel rod is used to carry out the heat treatment process.
7.4.2 For steel rods treated with tempering (except for martensitic steel quenching), no heat treatment process is required for the specimens, and their physical properties can meet the relevant requirements in Table 6-10 respectively.
7.4.3 For steel rods without heat treatment, the physical properties of specimen hair embryos after heat treatment can meet the relevant requirements in Table 6-10 respectively.
7.4.4 The physical properties of precipitate-hardened steel rods shall be indicated in the agreement on the heat treatment process grade. If not indicated, it shall be performed in Group 1.
7.4.5 If the supplier can ensure that the physical properties meet the standards, part or all of the mechanical properties test can be avoided.
