H&S Valves, Ignition System and Control (ISC), Global Compressor and Potemkin merged to form a new organization, namely Global Compression Services, a global solution provider and one-stop shop for parts and services of natural gas compressor equipment.
These four long-established companies have brought unique expertise and experience to Global Compression Services, and the combination of the two has formed an industry-leading product and service portfolio. Global compressor parts are known for their excellent customer service, extensive inventory and global shipping capabilities. H&S valves are known for providing fast turnaround, high-quality compressor parts repair and manufacturing replacement parts. ISC is recognized as a leading service provider in the engine instrumentation industry and the world’s largest Altronic distributor. Finally, Potemkin Industries consolidated the internal design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities of Global Compression Services.

The global compression service will operate in 11 locations, serving shale formations in 48 states in the United States, with strong access and growth potential in the Northeast (Marcellus and Utica) markets. A dedicated international internal sales team will provide services and coordinate their transportation to global customers.
The global compression service management team will include: Anthony Speer-President; Terry Frederick-General Manager of Manufacturing; Andrew Armstrong-General Manager of Parts; Doak Crawford-General Manager of Sales; and Alan Bowen, General Manager of Operations.
