The DBP Development Group (DDG), a subsidiary of DUET Group, is developing a gas storage facility in the exhausted Tubridgi Oilfield reservoir, which is approximately 30 kilometers from Onslow, Western Australia.

The Tubridgi gas storage facility will be developed in the depleted Tubridgi gas field, which produced natural gas from 21 wells between 1991 and 2004. The new facility will have a storage capacity of 42pJ and an injection and extraction rate of 50tJ/day.

The existing natural gas transmission branch line is planned to be used to connect the on-site infrastructure to the Dampier-Banbury natural gas pipeline at Compressor Station 2.
DDG plans to drill a total of 6 wells for gas injection and gas production. Each wellhead will be equipped with a wellhead Christmas tree, a safety shut-off valve, corrosion inhibitors, solar panels and batteries, as well as pig launchers/receivers. Unit connection. A 40m x 65m double-lined evaporation pond will also be constructed to collect process water for evaporation.
The development of gas storage facilities will begin with civil works to upgrade and access existing passages for easier access to the well site.
