Los Angeles-based IV acquired a Houston-based producer of cast and forged steel gate, globe, check and ball valves.
Industrial Valco (IV), a Los Angeles-based premier distributor specializing in MRO same-day distribution, announced the acquisition of Houston-based Beric Valves, a producer of cast and forged steel gate, globe, check and ball valves for use in the United States and its territories.

In addition to the Beric Valve brand name, the purchase includes URL addresses, websites, social media accounts, and trademark transfers.The Beric Valve website www.bericvalves.com will continue to operate separately to help provide immediate FAQs and quotes, but will be under the leadership of the IV team.
