The valve is manufactured by two factories: the production of high-quality products was realized for the first time in the forging plant of Bosisio Parini, where the crude steel in the billet was absolutely controlled, material properties and forging procedures were re-certified and forged. In fact, the focus on quality is high, and a well-equipped testing laboratory has been established to control the materials before, during and after the forging operation.
The forgings and parts are processed in the main factory of Albano S. Alessandro. Because the CAD design is controlled, high-tech standards can meet general standards and customer requirements. Properly designed and equipped automatic conveyors are used to process a large number of standard valves. At the same time, when greater machine settings and tool flexibility are required, several CNC machines have fewer valves. Large investments have produced good results, optimized production technology and increased efficiency.
