Bonomi North America has launched a new series of ANSI Class 150 flanged industrial V-port ball valves designed to achieve precise flow control and simple automation. The new split valve has a 30°, 60° or 90° V-shaped port, which provides excellent flow control characteristics. They are particularly suitable for use with corrosive fluids, gases and all steam applications.
The new series of VF300, VF600 and VF900 raised face flange valves are currently available in sizes of ½????. To 6â? ? ? . They have ASTM A351-CF8M stainless steel valve body and steel ball, and 316 stainless steel blowout valve stem, and meet ANSI 16.5, 16.10 and 16.34 standards.
Their ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 mounting pads and stems can accommodate any ISO standard actuator of the appropriate size. Their performance is matched with Bonomi’s own Valbia brand electric and pneumatic actuators, using a single number of automatic valve components for the most stringent flow control in critical process applications.
The high-performance valve seat made of 50% stainless steel powder and 50% PTFE has excellent strength and sealing performance. Live-loaded stem stuffing is standard. Anti-static device can prevent static electricity during operation.
Like all Bonomi ball valves, they are 100% tested in both open and closed positions before leaving the factory.
