Valve’s Dota has its own Netflix anime series

Since “Dota 2″ in 2013, Dota players have never received a new mainline game, but fans of the popular online game are looking forward to a new animated series. The anime called “Dota: Dragon’s Blood” will be released on Netflix worldwide on March 25.
The project was produced by the animation studio behind the 4th season of Studio Mir, The Legend of Korra, Voltron: Legacy Defender and The Boondocks. The trailer above also pointed out that it was produced in collaboration with Dota publisher Valve. Dota is not the only MOBA with its own show: “Dragon Blood” will compete with “Mystery”, which is an anime series set in the world of “League of Legends”, which will be released this year.
The plot summary said: “The series shrouded in fantasy tells the story of Davyn, who is a famous dragon knight who is committed to destroying the evils of the world.” “In a relationship with a powerful and ancient wizard and nobleman. After the secret mission of Princess Lana (herself) met, Davien was caught in a much bigger incident than he had imagined.”
Dota is the abbreviation of “Ancient Defense”, a module of “World of Warcraft 3″, and later turned into its own battlefield game. It was launched in 2003 and became famous in one fell swoop. Ten years later, Valve released “Dota 2,” an influential sequel that has been very active in the e-sports world. In fact, one of the biggest e-sports events is The International, which is a Dota 2 tournament with a prize pool of more than 30 million U.S. dollars in 2019.
