Acest disc de supapă este ghidat de axa centrală la ambele capete ale admisiei și ieșirii. Se poate deschide si se inchide flexibil. Poate fi instalat orizontal și vertical. Discul supapei este blocat de arc. Închiderea sa rapidă poate elimina în mod eficient ciocanul de berbec, cu performanțe bune de etanșare și fără zgomot în timpul închiderii. Modelul de utilitate are avantajele unui volum mic, greutate redusă, rezistență mică la fluide, rezistență la oboseală, durată lungă de viață etc.
