We already know that Netflix is working hard to produce a series of series and movies based on TV games, and it seems there is another one. Dota: Dragon Blood is a new animation produced in collaboration with Netflix and Valve, and will be used exclusively for streaming services. More importantly, it came out in just one month.
Netflix announced a new trailer for the series on its official YouTube channel. Following the story of Davion, “DOTA: Blood of the Dragon” will have eight consecutive episodes and will be released on March 25, 2021. In the trailer, we see Eldwurm and Princess Mirana. The series is animated by Studio Mir.
“Fans will love our imagination of the DOTA 2 universe and weave together epic, emotional and adult stories about their favorite characters,” Ashley Mi, producer of DOTA: Dragon Blood Le (Ashley Miller) said. Miller has previously produced movies such as “X-Men: First Class” and “Thor”. She said: “The animation, performance and music of the film are just the next level. I thank Valve for supporting our creative ambitions.”
