Vanderbijlpark’s valve and actuator technology manufacturer and supplier AR Controls announced that it has acquired IncoValve and Controls. The latter will become a leading manufacturer in a range of industries.
IncoValve and Controls worked closely with AR Controls to combine the latest design and manufacturing technology with decades of field experience, commented Julien van Niekerk, director of AR Controls.
“The idea behind this acquisition is to provide the industry with highly engineered, high-quality products at affordable prices.”
This means that the product is robust, affordable, practical and reliable. “AR Controls has established itself in the market and will use its global influence to position IncoValve and Controls on the international platform,” van Niekerk explained. Initially we will expand to the African market, and then expand to South America, North America, Europe and Australia.
The industries that IncoValve and Controls initially targeted were mining, mineral processing, power generation, petrochemicals, oil and gas, water and wastewater, pulp and paper, food and beverages, sugar and ethanol. Products include butterfly valves, providing concentric, high-performance double-offset and triple-offset severe service valve designs in various materials, valve trims, and connection configurations from PN10 to PN100.
Ball valves include one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece flange and threaded floating ball valves, as well as metal-sealed, trunnion-mounted and severe-working ball valves, with pressure levels up to 2500, using various materials, internal parts and connections Configuration.
The actuators provided include stainless steel and aluminum alloy rack and pinion actuators, high-performance, high-torque output fork-type actuators, and stainless steel and standard linear actuators. All actuators are available in double-acting or fail-safe versions, the latter being realized by spring return or air fail-safe reservoir design.
Finally, a series of accessories will complement the product range, including valve locking devices, solenoid valves, switch boxes, feedback sensors, positioners and air filter regulators, which can meet any customer’s requirements. “AR Controls is actively seeking to launch new innovative products, using the latest technology and manufacturing methods available in the industry.
This is further supplemented by new products from its long-term valve manufacturing supplier and US valve giant DeZurik APCO Hilton,” van Niekerk concluded.
