Bonomi North Americaâ????s new â????trueâ???? Wafer style stainless steel full bore ball valve is an enhanced flow replacement for high-performance butterfly valves in OEM applications, skid-mounted systems, or any enclosed area. The new Valpres 725000 series is specifically designed for use in ANSI 150 flange applications, which can reduce space, cost and weight in any process, with maximum flow and minimum pressure loss.
The new valve adopts stainless steel body, ball and stem, and adopts anti-static stem design, which is suitable for refining, chemical treatment and processing environments. They are available in seven sizes: 1â????, 1-1/4â????, 1-1/2â????, 2â????, 2-1/2â???? , 3â ???? and 4 ?????.
The alignment lugs on the valve body allow the 725000 to be securely mounted directly between two ANSI 150 raised face flanges. Compared with traditional flanged ball valves or gate valves, this significantly reduces cost and weight. They are smaller than the size offered by high-performance butterfly valves and are more cost-effective in the same size.
Standard ISO 5211 mounting pads simplify valve actuation. The 725000 series also provides automated valve kits with matching Bonomi electric and pneumatic actuators.
A PTFE ball seat is standard, with optional steam service internals. The stem seal is PTFE and FKM. Using the lever handle, the new valve can be locked in the open or closed position. They are certified by TUV TA Luft. They also comply with NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 and NACE MR 0103 standards.
