Valve electric device according to the different types of driven valves, can be divided into Z type and Q type two categories. The output shaft of the Z valve electric device can be turned many times, which is suitable for driving gate valve, globe valve, diaphragm valve, etc. The output shaft of the electric device can only rotate 90¡ã. It is suitable for driving plug, ball and butterfly valves. According to its protection type, there are ordinary type, flameproof type (to B), heat resistant type (to R) and three in one type (outdoor, anti-corrosion, flameproof, to S).
The valve electric device is generally composed of a transmission mechanism (reducer), a motor, a stroke control mechanism, a torque limiting mechanism, a manual-electric switching mechanism, and an opening indicator.
Pneumatic and hydraulic valves
Pneumatic valve and hydraulic is a certain pressure of air, water or oil as the power source, the use of cylinder (or hydraulic cylinder) and the movement of the piston to drive the valve, the general pneumatic air pressure is less than 0.8MPa, hydraulic pressure or hydraulic pressure is 2.5MPa~25MPa. Hand operated valve
Manual valves are the most basic way to drive valves. It includes two kinds of direct drive by hand wheel, handle or plate hand and drive by transmission mechanism. When the opening moment of the valve is large, it can be driven by the gear or worm gear drive to achieve the purpose of omission. Gear drive is divided into straight gear drive and cone gear drive. Gear drive reduction ratio is small, suitable for gate and globe valves, worm drive reduction is larger, suitable for plug flash, ball and butterfly valves.
