1. Flow control capability

2. Sealing performance
The sealing gasket of the globe valve is generally made of rubber or plastic materials, and the sealing performance is poor, while the sealing gasket of the gate valve is generally made of metal materials, and the sealing performance is better. Therefore, in the need for high sealing performance of the occasion, gate valve is a better choice.
3. Application scope
Due to its relatively simple structure, the globe valve has a wide range of applications and can be used to control the flow of various fluid media. Because of its relatively complex structure, gate valves are generally used to control the medium flow in large diameter pipelines.
Both stop valves and gate valves are valves used to control the flow of fluid in the pipeline, although their roles are similar, but there are differences in structure and performance. In practical applications, appropriate valves should be selected according to specific working conditions.
