4. The installation of check valve and automatic control valve spool and filter element should be carried out after the system blowdown. When the spool cannot be disassembled or should not be disassembled according to the requirements of technical documents, measures should be taken to prevent the spool from being damaged in the process of installation and blowdown.
The influence of temperature during welding and impurities in the process of blowdown may damage the spool, so it is required to take corresponding protective measures. Valves and filters often need to be checked and maintained in the process of use. Buried in the cooling layer of the equipment will affect the implementation of these works, so it is required to reserve the thickness of the cooling layer according to the design requirements.

2. The control and actuator installation of pressure, temperature, level, flow and other automatic control components and instruments and automatic control valves shall comply with the requirements of the design document and relevant provisions of the current national standard “Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automatic Instrument Engineering” GB 50093, and shall comply with the following provisions:
1. For the automatic control components and instruments with intact packaging, good sealing performance of import and export, no corrosion and obvious defects after inspection, and within the warranty period, the control and actuator of the automatic control valve can be installed directly; The automatic control components and instruments that do not meet the conditions, the control and actuator of automatic control valve shall be tested according to the relevant provisions of the current national standard “Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automatic Instrument Engineering” GB 50093, and the unqualified ones shall not be installed.
2. If the equipment needs to install the liquid level gauge or liquid level sensor on site, the reference position shall be determined in strict accordance with the requirements of the design and technical documents.
3. The liquid level meter or liquid level sensor that needs to be installed on site for low-temperature equipment should be calibrated and recorded before the cooling construction.
4. The alarm device that needs to be installed on site should be checked for sensitivity before installation. For the automatic control components and instruments that need to be installed onsite, the thickness of the cooling layer should be reserved according to the design requirements, and should not be buried in the cooling layer.
If the design does not require, the installation position of the thermometer or temperature sensor in the cold room shall be free from the influence of the local heat source and cold source. Alarm device refers to the refrigeration system liquid level, temperature, pressure and other parameters of the ultra-high (**) alarm device, such as the float level controller used for ultra-high level alarm, sensitivity test refers to the simulation of alarm conditions, to check whether the alarm device can work normally.
