Inspired by the special requirements of valve manufacturers, SEPCO announced that its P3 Plastics Division in Texas now manufactures valve components.
Valve manufacturers recently require high-quality valve seats (glass fiber filled PTFE), seal packing (PTFE) and valve underfill (PTFE), and they must be delivered quickly. The team got in touch with the SEPCO and P3 departments and asked for these components. The team quickly produced the parts and delivered them to the manufacturer.
Our goal has always been to provide high-quality, high-performance parts, but this is usually only a small part of the problem. It is also important to adapt to customer needs, respond to new requirements and deliver quickly, otherwise, the overall situation of our company will be incomplete. In addition to the components made for manufacturers, other components that P3 can also produce include ball valve seats, energized seals, bushings and support rings. These can be PTFE, filled PTFE, PPS or PEEK.
P3 has also created many high-performance plastics that can be used as machined parts, blanks or raw materials. Its location in the United States can deliver faster than international parts.
