1、 What is the pressure of the low pressure valve
Generally, the dividing points are 1.6Mpa and 10.0MPa. The low-pressure pipeline is the one with the design pressure less than or equal to 1.6Mpa, the medium pressure pipeline is the one with the design pressure greater than 1.6Mpa and less than or equal to 10.0MPa, and the high-pressure pipeline is the one with the design pressure greater than or equal to 10.0MPa. Pressure pipe refers to all pipes bearing internal or external pressure, regardless of the medium in the pipe.

1. Low pressure pipeline engineering pressure < 1.6Mpa
2. The pressure of medium pressure pipeline works is 1.6-6.4mpa
3. High pressure pipeline engineering pressure > 10MPa

2、 Pressure range and grade classification of low pressure valve
1. Vacuum valve: valve with pressure < 0.1MPa, i.e. 760mm Hg high. The pressure is usually expressed by mm Hg or mm H2O.
2. Low pressure valve: valve with nominal pressure PN ≤ 1.6Mpa (including steel valve with PN ≤ 1.6Mpa)
3. Medium pressure valve: nominal pressure pN2 5-6.4mpa valve.
4. High pressure valve: nominal pressure PN10 0-80.0mpa valve.
5. Ultra high pressure valve: valve with nominal pressure PN ≥ 100.0mpa.
