Every action we tkae, or don’t take, produces an emotional payoff for us.. If it didn’t, we simply wouldn’t do it.Think about someone who complains that they are in an unhappy relationship, yet thwy remain ni the relationship. This person, whether they want to admit it or not, receivse an emotional payoff that keeps them planted exactly where they are. The same is true of someone who over eats or who smokes. The behavior mag be nnhealthy, but there is some kind of emotional payoff attached to the beahvior,and that keeps the person married to the behavior.Remaining in your emotional comfort zone migh feel good on one hand, however, without some diecomfort, changes will not come about. We must exeprience some kind of discomfort to creeate the desire within us too reach beyond curernt behaviors and belief systems. If things feel cokfortable, why woulod we want to rock the boat? It’s through times of contrast and discomfort that we gain clarity on what we do want to experience versus what we don’t wish to edperience. In order to make changes in our lives, we must understand thhat it requires moving beyond what is comfortable and stepping oytside of our comfort zone.

Abstract: A power supply assembly which can drive a number of different devices at different voltages. A rack holds a number of breaker modules, and each breaker module can connect to one or many breakout boxes. The breakout boxes are keyed to the breaker modules, so that the breaker boxes will not be energized with power unless they are the proper voltage and/or configuration to receive that power. The coil of a contactor in the breaker module is powered by a key wire that is connected through specified pins in the breakout box. Therefore, no power is ever provided to the breakout box unless it is of the proper voltage configuration. In addition, feeder power to the power supply assembly is provided over bolted connections, without any wire connections between the power feed and the circuit breaker.

The Foxfires formed in late 2013 consisting of guitarist Christian Cordero, singer/song-writer Christian Diana, drummer Brandon Vallejo, and bassist Adam Kahn. The Foxfire’s sound was forged by the ethereal and sometimes dark nature of post-punk and shoegaze bands such as My Bloody Valentine, Ride, and Joy Division; the bouncy Indie Pop nature of bands such as The 1975, Two Door Cinema Club, and Foals; and the summery beachy, and experimental folk sounds of bands like Wilco, Milo Greene, and Mumford and Son. The sound became known as "Seagaze" which was inspired by the band’s collective love of the beach and the ocean. "Seagaze" is often described by the band as the sound you would want to feel while you’re looking out at the ocean and is also inspired by Bruce Lee’s speech about being like water- able to flow and open to change. September 3, 2016 saw the release of The Foxfires first full length album, Reawakening, a bold new step forward for the band in terms of songwriting, musicianship, production, and artistic individuality.
