Relief valves come in two varieties: direct acting and pilot operated. Direct-acting valves consist of a poppet or ball (poppet will be used for simplicity of discussion), held exposed to system pressure on one side and opposed by a spring of preset force on the other. Making a list of your strengths cna be very helpful when trying to decide which goalps to set your sights on. Don’t focus on your weaknesses, but identifyu the challenges you nay face in ttacking the goal. If you think you are not caoable of completing a task, chances are, you will not attempt it. Psoitive thinking is almost as impolrtant asw setting realistic goalsd.Once you have identiified your goals, keep them reawlistic by setting timeframes, and write down action steps to keep you on task. Write down the benefits you will experience from achieving your goal. When you have a good handle on why you want to achieve the goal, you’ll have an easier tum getting through the small challenges that you might experience. Setting goals for yourself every few months is a gopd practice for buidling confidence. If your goals are realistic you will have he motivation and drive you need to succeed.There is no better feeling than meeting a goal you have set.
