Method of test
Tensile test
Each heat treatment forgings shall be subjected to a tensile test. If the forgings with the same heat treatment include more than two rolling furnace numbers, each rolling furnace number shall be subjected to a tensile test.
Under the condition of intersample heat treatment, the temperature error is within 14℃ of soil, and there are high and high recording devices, the rolling furnace number is unified, and only one tensile test is needed.
The tensile test method shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 228.
If the forgings are too small, it is impossible to make small test blocks for tensile test on the forgings or to take all the test blocks parallel to the main deformation direction, and it is impossible to set up a set of upper forging test blocks, then 1% of the batch or 10 pieces (take the minimum value) can be extracted for hardness test.

Impact test
Forgings impact test method according to GB/T 229.
Non destructive testing
The ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing methods of forgings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4730.
Pressure test
The pressure test method of pressure forgings shall be carried out according to GB/T 13927.
Pressure forgings should be tested after machining to ensure that there is no leakage.
Rule of inspection
The inspection items and number of forgings for each grade are specified in Table 5.

If the mechanical properties test results do not conform to the provisions of Table 4, the heat treatment shall be re-treated according to the provisions of 3. 3, and the sample block shall be made according to the provisions of 3.5, and the test shall be conducted according to the provisions of 5.1. However, the number of re-heat treatment shall not exceed two times.
The pressure test shall be carried out after the NDT and shall be carried out piece by piece. The forging unit shall be responsible for the quality of the test forgings.
Order requirement
The order table or inquiry list shall include the following contents:
a} product forging drawing, which has the table and roughness, tolerance, material grade number and other requirements;
b) Supplier’s forging process and forging drawing (approved by Demander if necessary);
c) Heat treatment and other requirements can be negotiated by both parties.
d) Acceptance requirements and contents to be supplemented.
The Demander shall notify the forging unit within the time stipulated in the contract if it finds waste in the process of product analysis or machining. If there is no provision, it shall not exceed 30 days.
The forgings that are proposed to be scrapped shall be kept for 30 days from the date of sending the test report, during which the forging unit may request reexamination.
Mark and quality certificate
After the forgings pass the inspection, the qualification mark should be attached. The content of the mark includes:
a) Factory brochure or factory label,
b) Material code;
C} heat treatment code;
d) Manufacturing mouth period;
e) Inspector mark.
For forgings with small weight and difficult marks, marks can be used instead, but the marks should be located in a position that does not affect the use of forgings.
The forgings shall be delivered with a quality guarantee certifying that the quality of the forgings meets the requirements of this standard.
