    🔹 Installation and Operation Instructions

    1.Before installation, verify if the valve model, diameter, and connection type match the pipeline, and check if the valve body, seals, and actuator are intact.
    2.During welded installation, the valve must be in a half-open position to prevent high welding temperatures from damaging the seals. After welding, clean the weld slag to ensure a smooth flow channel.
    3.After installing the pneumatic actuator, connect the air source to debug the opening/closing action, confirming accurate open/close position signals without jamming or leakage.
    4.Before long-term shutdown, clean and sterilize the valve and store it dry. Before re-commissioning, manually open and close it several times to check if the sealing performance is normal.
