flange double eccentric butterfly valve

Henry Pratt Company is a leading manufacturer of valves and fittings, with more than 60 years of experience in providing services to the power industry.
Pratt was introduced to the power industry through maintenance work performed at the Edison Federal Building in Chicago. The site was one of Edison’s major power producers at the time. In water pipelines where there is no valve and the headroom is small, a valve is needed. Henry Pratt Company (Henry Pratt Company) was asked to design a compact valve to solve this problem. The resulting design is an elastic seat butterfly valve, which will one day become the company’s main product.
Until the mid-1940s, Pratt & Whitney would still produce flexible seat butterfly valves on a case-by-case basis, but after World War II, Pratt & Whitney decided to develop it into a product line for power and water applications. Today, Henry Pratt has become a leader in the electricity and water markets.
The 1100 series nuclear water valve is an ASME level 2 and 3 nuclear safety-related water supply butterfly valve, ranging in size from 6 inches to 36 inches (larger as required). The design rating is suitable for ANSI 150# standard pressure level. For valves larger than 24in and 75 psig service grade, they meet the requirements of ASME Sec. Provide III code category 1678.
The design features of the 1100 series include the flange body, which is made of materials that meet SA-216, Gr. WCB or SA-516, Gr. 70; The valve disc, which can be manufactured or cast, or made of carbon steel, while the carbon steel disc has a stainless steel valve seat edge covering the entire width of the mounting surface; and rubber valve seats, which are permanently bonded Or mechanically fixed in the valve body without the use of threaded fasteners. The valve shaft can be a one-piece structure extending through the valve disc, or it can be composed of a two-piece shaft inserted into the valve disc hub.
The 1200 series nuclear air valve is an ASME Class 2 and Class 3 nuclear safety related air service butterfly valve, ranging in size from 6in to 48in. The design level is the same as the 1100 series.
Similar to the 1100 series, the design features of the 1200 series include a flange body, a prefabricated or cast steel structure valve disc with a mechanically fixed and adjustable rubber seat, and the valve stem can be a one-piece structure or a one-piece structure. Two-piece shaft.
The 1400 series nuclear water valve is ASME level 2 and level 3 nuclear safety related water supply butterfly valve, ranging in size from 3 inches to 24 inches. The design rating applies to the standard pressure rating ANSI 150#.
The design features and structural materials of the 1400 series are similar to those of the 1100 series, and their uses are the same.
Triton XR-70 rubber sealing butterfly valve meets the requirements of AWWA C504, and the size is from 24in to 144in. The standard valve body style is flange x flange end, mechanical joint (MJ) end (24in-48in) and flange and MJ end (24in, 30in and 36in).
Triton’s features include Pratt E-Lok seat design and circulation tray design. E-Lok valve seat design is adopted, and the rubber valve seat is installed in the valve body to provide air-tight closure. Compared to any other disc design currently on the market, the circulation disc design achieves higher strength with a lighter weight. Company link www.henrypratt.com
