1. The perpendicularity of the flange surface on the pipe and the center line of the pipe and the error of the flange bolt hole should be within the range of the allowed value. Valve and piping center line should be consistent before installation.
2. When fastening bolts, use a wrench that matches the nut. When using oil pressure and pneumatic tools for fastening, pay attention not to exceed the specified torque.
3. When connecting two flanges, first of all, the flange sealing surface and gasket should be pressed evenly, so as to ensure that the flange is connected by the same bolt stress.
4. The fastening of the flange should avoid uneven force, and should be tightened in accordance with the direction of symmetry and intersection.

2. The installation of the LPG valve should keep the butterfly valve drive shaft horizontal and the piston valve vertically upward;
3. Before using the LPG valve, the transmission device should be adjusted to keep the functions of the transmission device intact, and the limit stroke and over-torque protection control are reliable;
4. Lubricating oil should be fully added before commissioning and use of each lubricating part of the LPG valve transmission device;
5. Before starting the electric device, the manual of the electric device of the liquefied gas valve should be carefully read.
