According to the needs of the actual situation, the bottom structure is designed as flat bottom type, and the valve body is V-type. It also provides two working modes of lifting and lowering. The inner cavity of the valve body is equipped with anti erosion and anti-corrosion sealing ring, which can protect the valve body from medium erosion and corrosion at the moment of opening. The sealing ring is specially treated to make the surface hardness reach hrc56-62, which has the function of high wear resistance and anti-corrosion. The sealing surface of the valve disc is overlaid with cemented carbide when necessary, and the sealing pair adopts line seal to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring. At the same time, the design of short stroke disc is adopted. Various operation modes, such as manual, pneumatic (spring return, double acting, with and without handwheel), electric, hydraulic, gear, etc.
