Top guide sleeve control valve

Short Description:

The series of double seal sleeve control valves produced by our company adopt sleeve guide and pressure balanced spool. This series of control valve is a sleeve double seal structure, which is mainly used in the occasions with low leakage requirements. Because it is a double seal structure, the two sealing surfaces are metal seals, so the temperature range is wider.

The valve core uses the pressure balance structure, with small opening and closing force. The working condition of high pressure difference can be controlled by the small actuator thrust. It is widely used in the fluid control of medium low temperature and medium low pressure pipelines which require good dynamic stability. Good sealing performance and large allowable pressure difference. Copper sleeve guide, large guide area, good stability, compact structure, can quickly replace valve internals online, high maintenance efficiency, save manpower and time. The balance valve core structure ensures the minimum actuator thrust.

Note: 1. The above structure is standard configuration, the valve seat is metal seal, the valve seat is soft seal, grade VI option is selected. The valve internals of spray welded cemented carbide are available.
