Threaded connections

The ACCUMULATION OF HARD RESIDUE, DIRT, OR ANY EXTERNAL MATERIAL IN THE LINE CAN HINDER THE efficiency OF THE valve and seriously damage critical VALVE COMPONENTS. The inside of the pipe must be thoroughly cleaned with air or steam.
When TAPPING PIPE, MEASURE THE SIZE AND length OF PIPE THREADS TO AVOID CLOGGING PIPE WITH SEATS and discs.
Thoroughly clean thread ends to prevent any harmful steel or iron deposits. Use teflon tape or pipe adhesives for stronger welds. Before installation, cut off the flow through the valve so that the valve works properly. Close valve completely before installation. Flange connection
This is the most common form of valve connection. According to the shape of the joint surface, it can be divided into the following:
1. Smooth type: used for valves with low pressure. Convenient processing
2, concave and convex type: high working pressure, can be used in the hard washer
3. Tenon and groove type: gasket with larger plastic deformation can be used in corrosive media, and the sealing effect is better.
4, trapezoidal groove: use oval metal ring as washer, used for working pressure ≥64 kg/cm2 valve, or high temperature valve.
5, lens type: the washer is a lens shape, made of metal. For high pressure valves with working pressure ≥100 kg/cm2, or high temperature valves.
6, O ring type: This is a relatively new form of flange connection, it is developed with the appearance of all kinds of rubber O ring, it is more reliable than the general flat washer in the sealing effect.
To ensure proper installation of the flange connection, follow these steps. First carefully clean the joints, then loosely attach two or three bolts to the base. Next, carefully insert the spacer into the joint. The bottom bolt helps to position the gasket and keep it in place. Insert bolts should then be cross-tightened rather than WRAPAROUND, which helps to eliminate too much concentrated pressure. After normal use for a period of time, check that all bolts are tightened and re-tighten as necessary.
Electric closed gate valve is composed of main and auxiliary valve body, valve plate, expansion joint, fixed sleeve, electro-hydraulic push rod clamping mechanism, walking electric installation, limiter, left and right valve body and other components. Electric closed gate valve structure features:
The plugboard valve is composed of a front body, a back body, a valve plate, a telescopic body, a left and right sealing box, a through plate and a blind plate, a switching device, and a loosening clamping device.
