2. Prepare for machine and equipment operation
2.1 Before operating the valve, read the operation instructions carefully.
2.2 Before operation, it is necessary to make clear the gas inflow and carefully check the valve opening and closing mark.
2.3 Check the appearance of the electric regulating valve to see whether the electric valve is damp. If there is damp, it needs to be solved. If any problems are found, handle them properly. Do not perform common operations.
2.4 For electric devices that have not been used for more than 3 months, check the clutch before operation, confirm the position of the rocker in manual mode, and then check the insulation layer, conversion and distribution line of the motor.
3. Operation technical specifications
3.1 During operation, make sure that the clutch rocker is in the corresponding position.
3.2 If the electric regulating valve is operated in the main control room, set the switching switch to the REMOTE position, and then use the SCADA automatic control system to control the power switch of the electric regulating valve.
3.3 If you operate manually, set the switch to the LOCAL position and operate the power switch of the electric regulating valve nearby.
